HOLDING THE RAINDROPS

The sight of autumn leaves reminds me of you
By the small river that flows calmly.
Raindrops collecting on my hair
Reminisce me of the sadness in your eyes.

Gathering the drops in my hand,
I wish to hold them, rain and tears mixed,
Safeguarding your love in the world
Against the backdrop of deep blue immensity.

I walk aimlessly, counting the autumn leaves
On the path lined with leaves and imbued with fog,
Wishing that you walked by me,
Hand in my hand, inseparably.

The rain did not wet my coat,
However it impregnated me with coldness.
I missed your lips, when you smiled in the sun,
But the raindrops have covered the warm rays.

I want to hold the raindrops so much,
Alas, we are continents apart.

Nắm Hạt Mưa Sa

Thấy lá mùa Thu chợt nhớ em
Bên giòng sông nhỏ chảy êm đềm
Mưa sa từng hạt vương trên tóc
Bỗng nhớ giọt buồn trong mắt em

Đưa tay nắm lấy hạt mưa sa
Giữ lấy hạt mưa, nước mắt nhoà
Muốn giữ tình em trong vũ trụ
Trong trời thăm thẳm, đất bao la!

Ta bước lang thang đếm lá Thu
Con đường lá đỗ, điểm sương mù
Ươc gì ta có em chung bước
Tay giữ trong tay, chẳng tạ từ!

Mưa sa không đủ ướt áo bông
Nhưng sao ta thấm lạnh trong lòng
Nhớ môi em thắm, cười trong nắng
Nhưng giọt mưa sa phủ nắng hồng.

Mưa sa muốn nắm, ôi vô vọng.
Thôi thế biển trời đã cách ngăn!
